WHISTLEBLOWING

Gelmatic has implemented its own whistleblowing reports management system pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023, by adopting an internal channel through which whistleblowing reports can be sent, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblowers, of other people involved, and of the content of the reports.

Who can report?

Reports can be sent by subjects internal or external to the organisation, such as, for example, employees, collaborators, self-employed persons, trainees, consultants, suppliers, shareholders or persons with administrative or control functions in the Company.

What can be reported?

Reports, which must be as detailed as possible, may be communications of violations, consisting of offences falling within the scope of national and/or European regulations that damage the public interest or the integrity of the company. Please see the whistleblowing notice for an exhaustive description of the possible subject of the reporting.

What is not a report

The following are not whistleblowing reports, and hence will not be retained admissible:

 – Disputes, claims or personal requests related to one’s work relationship (to be sent to the persons responsible for Human Resources)

 – Complaints relating to inefficiencies in the services provided by the Company

 – Reports that are too generic and not sufficiently detailed

 – Blatantly unfounded news

 – Information of public domain

 – Information acquired on the sole basis of indiscretions or unreliable allegations (so-called rumours)
